The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin

The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin

This book has brought such a positive outlook to my life and all of the adventures that it has to offer. I think that for me this journey is more about reaching a point of contentment, as opposed to finding happiness. To be content means to be satisfied with what you have and not wanting anything beyond that. I think that happiness is too vague a term. Happiness can come and go, as can contentment but I feel the two are completely different. I have experienced happy moments without feeling content in my life; however, I have never felt content in a moment without feeling happy at the same time. I know that this concept may not be the same for everyone, and perhaps I am not clear in my explanation… I am not always good at describing my thoughts and feelings…

Anyways.. I hope that readers look forward to reading more about my search for contentment in a crazy, hectic and stressful world.
